mRNA Capping Enzyme

The structure of the mRNA capping enzyme from Paramecium bursaria Chlorella virus 1 (PBCV-1) have been solved both in complex with and reacted with GTP. Coordinates and diffraction data have been deposited with the Protein Data Bank from which copies are available. The accession numbers are 1CKM, 1CKN and 1CKO.
